Our wireless hearing aids offer the convenience of streaming audio directly from your smartphone or tablet. Additionally, the BeMore smartphone application allows for on-the-go personalization of your hearing aid settings, ensuring an optimal hearing experience.

Compatibility with Apple devices
Our wireless hearing aids are 'Made for iPhone (Mfi)' and connect easily with Apple devices. Once your hearing aids are connected, you can stream music and audio directly from your phone to your hearing aids, use the hands-free feature to answer your calls*, and use our companion BeMore app offering added features for personalising your listening experience.

Mac compatibility: Direct streaming to and from Mac computers is now available and compatible with our hearing aids. The functionality exists on the following Mac models with software updates from MacOS Sonoma 14 or later:

MacBook Pro introduced in 2021 or later, plus MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)
- Macbook Air introduced in 2022 or later, plus Macbook Air (M1, 2020)
- Mac Mini introduced in 2021 or later

Apple Watch compatibility: The app is compatible with Apple Watch. To utilize our applications on your Apple Watch, ensure they are installed on your iPhone. The minimum software requirements are iOS 12 or later and watchOS 5 or later.
*Note: Hands-free calling with our wireless hearing aids requires iOS 15.3.1 or later. Please consult the compatibility list above to determine if your device is compatible. Compatibility with Android devices
Our wireless hearing aids support Android Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA) protocol allowing you to connect your hearing aids with your Android device. Once connected, you can enjoy high-quality, one-way direct streaming from your Android device to our hearing aids and use our companion app offering added features for personalising your listening experience.

Use the BeMore app for personalising your hearing settings
The BeMore app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or advanced sound adjustments. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

Bimodal hearing solutions
Together with Cochlear we offer a smart bimodal solution that ensures your clients can control their settings and stream audio directly to both ears from compatible iOS and Android devices. This means that with a Cochlear™ Nucleus® 8 or Kanso® 2 Sound Processor and a compatible GN Hearing hearing aid*, you can control your settings and stream audio directly to both ears from a compatible iOS or Android device (see sections above on compatibility lists).
* Only BTE and RIE models support a smart bimodal solution
